Amelia Copas
Chief Operating Officer
Amelia Copas was appointed COO of T-Therapeutics in November 2025. Amelia brings with her a wealth of operational and finance experience in both US and UK listed companies, as well as more recently in private stage companies.
Prior to joining T-Therapeutics, she was CFO at Riverlane, a private-stage Cambridge deep-tech company, where she closed a $85m Series C. Earlier, during her tenure at Crecendo Biologics, she led the core operational and finance functions during its progression from preclinical research into early clinical development.
Amelia qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, and has over 15 years’ industry experience.
