Targeting upstream disease drivers to enable transformative clinical improvements for patients

Our goal is to treat cancers and autoimmune diseases that are currently untreatable – reshaping the clinical landscape for patients.

These previously undruggable clean, self-antigen targets are enabled by our OpTiMus® technology. Our transformative, first-in-class bispecifics are underpinned by T-Therapeutics’ best-in-class TCR-TCE platform technologies.

We are active in autoimmune disease and cancer, focusing on upstream disease drivers to maximise positive clinical impact for patients

Targets  I  Specificity and homogeneity

The TCRs that define the specificity of our drugs recognise unique short peptides derived from proteins expressed in the target cells from cancers, inflamed tissue or infected cells. These can be from intracellular, extracellular or secreted proteins, vastly expanding the target space compared with conventional antibody approaches.

These advances enable us to address known upstream disease drivers which translates into impactful clinical improvements for patients. We identify targets that are pan-indication to address high unmet medical need and improve the lives of patients.

Harnessing the power of T cell biology, to create safe and effective treatments for many cancers and autoimmune diseases
