Amelia Copas BA, ACA

Amelia Copas joined T-Therapeutics as COO in November 2025. Amelia has over 15 years’ industry experience. She brings with her a wealth of operational and finance experience across private and publicly-listed organization in the US and the UK.

Prior to joining T-Therapeutics, Amelia held the role of CFO at Riverlane, a private deep-tech company, where she was instrumental in delivering on the $85 M Series C financing. She has a deep understanding of the Therapeutics space through her role at Crescendo Biologics where she led the core operational and finance functions. Throughout her 7-year tenure, she guided the company’s finance and operations through its progression from preclinical research into early clinical development.

Amelia previously worked on the audit team at Deloitte where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from The University Warwick.
